Fuel and Oil Separators — Interactive Simulator is a full-scale digital training simulator designed for practical application of the knowledge gained in the Fuel Oil and Lube Oil Separators on board course package.
The simulator allows you to go through all the tabs of the control system of one of the most common separator models used on modern ships in detail. The interface logic, menu structure, and displayed parameters fully correspond to the actual control panels that marine engineers work with in the engine room.
While working with the simulator, you will be able to:
interact with an interactive separator schematic;
correctly prepare the system for operation;
open the necessary valves;
start the separator feed pump;
switch on the heaters;
supply control water and compressed air;
start the separator and activate the process of fuel or oil separation.
This simulator is not just a virtual model, but a full-fledged training tool that enables a deep understanding of:
